Three Sixty Design teamed with Gensler Architects, Swinerton General Contractors, SA Miro and other notable design consultants to win the Sheridan park n'Ride project located in Denver. The Sheridan RTD park n’ ride is anticipated to be the second largest stop along the West Corridor. The City of Denver has identified this area as an emerging market in a neighborhood center. The commercial and residential real estate within a ½ mile of the station will eventually see higher density development featuring retail, commercial and office uses. Design considerations include: the minimization or elimination of conflicts between pedestrians and vehicles, creating visibility from the walking path, transit facilities and major destination points, and providing appropriate lighting and signage. The park n’ ride will be the nucleus of the neighborhood’s redevelopment while providing comfort, safety and clear circulation for users.
